Hi John - that is curious. I attempted to duplicate the issue this site. First I upgraded that site to WP2.1.2 and then did a clean install of xMark and the feed is working without any problems at all: http://polcentre.com/feed
The only real call to anything feed related in the template is in the header.php file:
